Marriage to William Shuit per the book by Frederic A. Holden and E. Dunbar Lockwood, compilers, "Descendants of Robert Lockwood, Colonial and Revolutionary History of the Lockwood Family in America from A.D. 1630" page 217 may be in error.
That same book shown above also has a error on page 180 showing a Thankful Lockwood #295, 1747-1826 as wife of James Benedict 1743-1838 with his correct children on page 181.
