Per Van Deursen Family found at New England Ancestors.org (New England Historic Genealogical Society): #205ii George Van Deusen (recorded as Jeremiah, Jure, Jurry, Jarvis, and George), son of #ioo Johannes Van Deusen and Fytje (Christiana) Roorbach; bp at Mt. Ross Nov 13, 1757; m a 1778 Eva Bresee. He served in the Tenth Regt., Albany Co. Militia, Col. Henry Livingston, during the Revolutionary War.
