Birth
Michael and his three sisters had guardians appointed for them by the court in 1761 after their father's death in 1760. They were all under 14 years of age at that time. His three sisters had new guardians appointed for them in 1762 but there is no record of a different guardian being appointed for Michael. If he was 14 in 1762, he would have been born about 1748.He is listed as 26 thru 44 in the 1800 census. If he was 44, he would have been born about 1756.
