Burial
She left a will dated but a codicil dated 20 January 1910 left her estate to Mrs. Matthews and her children except for a 1/6 interest in Mrs. Gordon's interest in her husband's estate which was in litigation. Her granddaughter, Ida May Davis, wife of James C. Davis and a daughter of Nancy J. Gordon's deceased son, Charles, sued Mrs. Matthews and her children claiming they unduly influenced her grandmother, Nancy J. Gordon. The suit was later settled out of Court.Probate
