A. She was jealous of her mate's Kaiana's attentions to Kaahumanu, and apprised Kamehameha of Kaiana's visits to her (Kalakaua, The Legends and Myths of Hawaii, p 404). She remained with Kamehameha's army when her mate Kaiana defected to the other side (Alexander, A Brief History of the Hawaiian People, p 347).
B. Fragment: There was an unnamed child (Alexander, A Brief History of the Hawaiian People, p 127).
C. Oukah, Hawaiian Royal & Noble Genealogies, p 183 suggests she is the same as Kekupuohi , mate of Kalaniopuu.
