A. Principal chief at Hilo (Fornander, An Account of the Polynesian Race, vol 2 p 128; McKinzie, Hawaiian Genealogies, vol 2 p 67). Also ruled over Hamakua and part of Puna districts at time of ruler Keawe's death (Fornander, An Account of the Polynesian Race, vol 2 p 132). During Moku's time, chiefs of Hilo fought a famous battle with the chiefs of Kona (Kamakau, Ruling Chiefs of Hawaii, p 45).
B. Ululani is his only child (Fornander, An Account of the Polynesian Race, vol 2 p 133).
