Jens took over the place about 1800. Things went well for Jens, jugding by the taxes he paid about 1820, and in 1834 he handed over the farm to his son-in-law Ole Olsen Bonesmoen . Ole had two sons called Ola. Stor-Ola (the eldest) was killed when he tried to defrost explosives on the mantelshelf. The explosion destoied all the windows and the attic floor.
