Birth Certificate The following is the caption for the photo of Anderson' s General Store taken from the Qld Didital Library internet site (see Scr apbook) - "This general store was established in the early 1860s at the c orner of Palmerin and Albert Streets. It was in the ownership of John And erson between 1870 and 1876 and like other general stores of that perio d it stocked drapery, groceries, fancy goods and general merchandise. Th e adjacent store on the left was that of Adolph Gerish, Warwick's first t insmith and galvanised iron worker, who moved into the premises in 1870 a fter they had been vacated by the newspaper, Examiner & Times".
