"Sir James Innes, Baronet [S 1625] of that Ilk, 1st son and heir; succeeded o the Baronetcy on his father's death. He married (contract 18 July 1666) Margaret, 3rd daughter and coheir of Harry Ker, styled Lord Ker, by Margaret, daughter of William (Hay), Earl of Erroll [S], which Marry was only surviving son and heir apparent of Robert (Ker), 1st Earl of Roxburgh [S], but died v.p. and s.p.m. February 1642/3. She died before 25 February 1691."
