}John Blessynge married in Somerlyton, Suffolk, England in 1569 Joane Preaste.Walter Goodwin Davis, "The Four Blessing Sisters," in The American Genealogist, (Vol 33(1957):199-202), citing Boyd's Suffolk Marriage index for 1569 Somerlyton marriage of John Blyssinge and Joane Preaste.
Per the same 1957 TAG article referenced above, two children are recording in the same parish to John and Joan:
# [[Blessing-20 | Julian (Blessing) Vergoose]] b 1571;
# William b 1575.
However, a researcher visited the parish in 2010 and reviewed the original parish records.

::: Had a look at Somerleyton Parish Registers today, and it is not quite as has been recorded. The Marriage on 12th October 1569 between John Blyssynge & Joane Preaste is there, and so is the Baptism on 22nd September 1571 of Julian daughter of John & Joane Blyssynge. '''However, there is no sign of the Baptism of William in 1575.''' All we have is a William Rysynge being baptised that year. There is no sign of any subsequent Baptisms of any children of John & Joane. Suggests that they moved elsewhere after 1571.
