He was a fisherman and master-owner of a pinasse (two masted vessel), the 'Mynion'.

Will dated 30 Apr 1590; name spelled Eastice in will. He left the two masted fishing schooner, Pinasse, and all his other property to be shared equally by his three sons: Richard, Henry and Aaron. Brother Robert executor. Died later that year.
