Please see the Marriage Info citation before changing her mother to a different Elizabeth Mitchell. There are TWO Elizabeth (Innes) Mitchells, and apparently both married men named William. But they are different women:# [[Innes-120|Elizabeth "Bettie" (Innes) Mitchell]], the proper mother on this profile, born in Scotland, daughter of [[Innes-1322|Andrew Innes]].# [[Innes-1791|Elizabeth Eggleston (Innes) Mitchell]], born in Virginia, daughter of [[Innes-1711|Hugh Innes Sr.]] and [[Eggleston-1218|Hannah (Eggleston) Innes]].

Also
Baptismal Record possibly found, since all her siblings wereborn in Scotland and she was the middle child. She had to have been born in Scotland and not in Virginia. As previously thought, it has been proven her parents were born and married in Scotland per their marriage record. They must have migrated to America as a family when the children were very young.

Mary and Henry lived in a part of Henrico County, Virginia that became Chesterfield County in 1749. Henry owned land on Deep Creek, Swift Creek, and Nut Tree Branch in Chesterfield County. He also owned land on Let Alone Branch in Goochland County, Virginia. Deep Creek, Swift Creek, and Nut Tree Branch are southwest of Richmond, Virginia and Let Alone Branch is a bit more southwest. He also owned a grist mill on Nut Tree Branch. The family enslaved many people.

Henry died on August 3, 1760 died at Nattles at the Raells.
She died on 7 Aug 1777 at The Raells, Chesterfield County, Virginia.
