They had 1 daughter (Elizabeth, wife of Sir John, 3rd Lord Neville of Raby, & of Sir Robert, 4th Lord Willoughby of Eresby). Elizabeth FitzAlan left a will on 21 March 1383; Requested burial at Newenham Priory church. She died on 11 March 1384.
