She married Sir Richard de Arundel, 9th Earl of Surrey, 10th Earl Arundel, son of Sir Edmund FitzAlan and Alice de Warren, on 9 February 1321 at King's Chapel, Havering atte Bower, Essex, England. They had 1 son (Sir Edmund). The marriage was annulled on 4 December 1344, and the issue bastardized (and so disinherited). Isabel le Despenser died after 1356 and was buried in the Chapter House of Austin Friars, London.
