First document, page One: Thomas Stiles/Intestate and Inventory/Morris 1803/Adm grants Nov 29 1803/recorded in Liber No. 40 of wills, folio 506 David Stiles swears that he will administer the goods, chattels, and rights of Thomas Stiles, who died without a will, and will make a true inventory. Sworn at Morristown the 17 Sept. A.D. 1803/Jabez Campfield Surrogate [with actual signature of David Stiles].Second document: David Stiles, Joseph Casterlin, and Abner Beach of the County of Morris post a bond for $600 to secure the obligation of David Stiles to administer the goods, chattels, and credits of Thomas Stiles, late of the County of Morris. Dated 27 September 1803. Signed by the three in the presence of Jno P. Losey and Habez Campfield Third document (inventory), 3 pages transcribed.
