Robert Hodgson

===Biography=== He was the 4th Great Grandmother of Queen Elisabeth II through his son Rev Robert Hodgson to the Bowes Lyons family. He was the son of Brian Hodgson, who managed the George Inn, and later owned shares in Macclesfiedl copper and silk mills. His son was also a mine owner and merchant. He resided at Moody Hall, Congleton, Cheshire. He later retired to St Albans, Hertfordshire. Robert was elected twice Mayor of Congleton in 1789 and 1803.
