The Will of William Dormer, dated September 22, 1506 directed him to be buried in the chancel at West Wycombe, and bequeathed the following:
to daughter Johan Alburgh 10 marks,
to daughter Margeri Deane, 10 marks,
to daughter Agnes Baldwin, 10 marks; and
to William Baldwin my godson, 10 marks,
to John Baldwin the younger, 10 marks,
to Alice Baldwin 10 marks,
to Richard Baldwin 10 marks,
to Pernell Colynborne 10 marks,
to John Dormer 10 marks,
to Henry Hunt 10 marks,
to Lettice Dormer 10 marks,
to Henry son of Thomas Deane, 40s;
to Agnes my wife, 300; to son Robert 800, and all my years to come in my farm of West Wycombe.

According to Charles Baldwin, there has been many speculations on the relationships between some of the people mentioned in the will of Willaim Dormer; specifically those of the mentioned Baldwins.
The inquisition post mortem of Sir John Baldwin (1546) shows he had a son William, who married Mary Tryingham, and died before 1546 leaving her a widow without issue. Sir John had a daughter named Agnes or Ann who married Robert Packington, mercer of London, and had a son Thomas born about 1523; a daughter Petronella or Parnell, who married 1st Sir Thomas Ramsey, and 2nd, ___Burlacy; she had a son John Burlacy, who was born about 1528, Sir John also had a daughter named Alice.
On page 15, of "Baldwin Genealogy from 1500-1881"......Charles Baldwin suggests that a probable supposition would be that Sir John Baldwin (1470-1545) was John Baldwin the elder, Agnes Dormer was his wife,: William Baldwin, the godson, being the same William who died before 1546; Alice Baldwin would be daughter of Sir John and Richard and John Baldwin perhaps children of Sir John, dying young.
