Thomas Darcy (1538?-1586) was the son of Thomas Darcy (1511?-1557) of Tolleshunt Darcy and his wife Anne Munday, da. of the goldsmith and Lord Mayor of London, Sir John Munday (d.1537).
He m. Margaret Sulyard, daughter of Eustace Sulyard and Margaret Foster. He died on 2 September 1586.
He was Sheriff of Essex in 1580.
