Margaret Vane was the daughter of Sir Henry Vane the Elder. She married Sir Thomas Pelham, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Pelham, 1st Bt. and Mary Walsingham, on 3 June 1640 at Lambeth, London, England.
