Sir Roger "of Tretower" Vaughan

(1410 - 1471)

Note: I suggest that this "3rd son" of Roger and Gwladus was not a child or grandchild of Gwladus, but was raised by her with his uncles after his father and her husband died in 1415 at the Battle of Agincourt. A son born to Gwladus in 1410 could not have been the "recently married son, Roger" mentioned in Roger of Bredwardine's Wikipedia biography. But a son born of a previous marriage could have been: see this profile of Roger Ieuange, suggested son of Roger of Bredwardine and an unknown mother, who died in 1415 and left a son, Roger of Tretower, who was raised by Gwladus.
