She was born in 1523 in Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland and died on 21 January 1589/90, also in Crieff.}

From before 1562, her married name became Campbell. From before 10 August 1562, her married name became Montgomerie. As a result of her marriage, Agnes Drummond was styled as Countess of Eglinton. From 1588, her married name became Drummond.

Agnes passed away about 1589.
