Ephraim STILES was the son of Dorcas BURT of MA and John STILES, Jr., born in England but immigrated to CT.
He married Abigail NEAL on 2 Aug 1694 in Westfield, MA.
Ephraim and Abigail were the ancestors of all the Stiles family members found in Westfield for the next several generations. They lived for a time in Westfield but moved to Springfield by the year 1704, with children born in both locations.
Their known children:
1) Isaac Stiles b. 1696 d. 1790.
A note of property transfer lists Ephraim as a wheelwright.
The actual death date of EPHRAIM is not certain, but a death notice in the Pittsfield Record, Bk. 7, p. 21 shows the death of an Ephraim Stiles on 31 October 1765, from pleurisy. This may have been the same person.
