Sir Walter Halyburton

== Biography ==Walter was born about 1315, the son of Sir Adam de Halyburton. He was taken prisoner at the battle of Durham in 1346, confined in the Tower of London, then at Windsor Castle. He later served as Sheriff of Berwick. He married Isabella and their daughter Margaret married Sir Robert de Chisholm.
