Elizabeth Crichton was the daughter of William Crichton of that Ilk, 1st Lord Crichton. She married Alexander Gordon, 1st Earl of Huntly, son of Sir Alexander Seton and Elizabeth Gordon, before 18 March 1439/40. She died on 9 June 1479 at Strabolgie, Scotland.
As a result of her marriage, Elizabeth Crichton was styled as Countess of Huntly in August 1471.
