} == Biography == Mary Browne (d.4 Feb 1616/7), was the da. of Sir Anthony Browne, KG by his 1st wife Alice Gage, da. of Sir John Gage, KG. She m.(1) Lord John Grey, the 4th son of Thomas Grey, 2nd Marquess of Dorset. They had 4 sons: Sir Henry, 1st Lord Grey of Groby, Thomas, John and Edward,Esq; and 4 da.: Frances (m. Sir William Cooke), Elizabeth, Anne, and Margaret (m.
