Mathilde a épousé Rotrou II, comte du Perche, probablement avant 1160. Ils ont eu six enfants:# Geoffroi, comte du Perche, mort en 1202. A épousé Mathilde (famille inconnue) puis Mathilde de Saxe.

Mathilde de Blois, also known as Mathilde de Champagne, countess of Perche, was named as the fourth of the six daughters of Thibaud II (or IV), Comte Palatin de Troyes, Comte de Blois, and his wife, Mathilde von SponheimCawley, Charles. Mathilde married Rotrou II, Count of Perche, probably before 1160. They had six children:# Geoffrey, count of Perche, died 1202, married Mathilde (unknown) and secondly Mathilde of Saxony
# Stephen, died 1205, killed in battle at the siege of Adrianople
# Rotrou, bishop of Châlons, died 1201
