Maud married Philip Burnel, and Maud's brother Richard gave in free marriage to Maud and Philip tenements in several places including Acton Piggott in Shropshire.
Maud and Philip had children:

After Philip's death, Maud leased the tenements her brother gave them to Edmund Earl of Arundel.
