== Biography ==*Sir David Graham of Kincardine and of Old Montrose is the son of Sir David Graham of Kincardine.
*He was one of the Scottish magnates who negotiated the ransom by the English of King Daivd II of Scotland following the latter's capture at the Battle of Durham.
*He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) [Scotland] in 1357. On 27 March 1371 he swore fealty to King Robert II of Scotland. On 4 April 1373 he witnessed the 2nd Act of Settlement of the Crown of Scotland.
