Some online researchers have him as the son or Lloyd Barrisford Prather and Martha Wall. Lloyd Barrisford supposedly was also known as "Frank", so that would be consistent with Jackson's death certificate.  But Lloyd lived in Arkansas, and Frank Benjamin Prather lived in Oklahoma, where Jackson Theodore was from, so I'm going to go with Frank Benjamin as his father.
