1 _MDCL Scoliosis and appeared to have osteoporosis. Bunions on feet required surgery. Knees needed replaced joints. Kidney infections regularly.
She was the second child, and the only one who lived. Her older brother was stillborn.
Baptized by Msgr. H. H. Wernke at Our Lady of Good Counsel in December of 1922. Godparents were her paternal grandparents, Michael J. Dillon and Ruth Prater Dillon, because her mother was not Catholic at this time.
First Communion was by Msgr. H. H. Wernke at Our Lady of Good Counsel.
Confirmation was by Bishop John B. Morris at St. Andrew's Cathedral. Her sponsor was her paternal grandmother, Ruth Prater Dillon.
Marriage was on December 12, 1945, by Msgr. H. H. Wernke at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Witnesses were Mary Dorothea (?) and William Havansek, nephew of the groom from Chicago. Other attendants were Catherine Gilkerson.
Death was January 31, 2000, at St. Vincent's North Little Rock clinic in Sherwood, Arkansas. The burial service was at Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, by Msgr. Gaston Hebert. Buried at Forest Hills Cemetery in south Little Rock.
