"Spec-4 Prater was killed Saturday when the private plane he was piloting crashed near Huntsville, AL. He was returing to Ft. Riley, Kansas after a visit with his wife who gave birth to their 2nd son on Friday. Prater was stationed in Ft. Riley with a Helicopter unit of the U.S. Army."
