SIZEMORE, Millard, age 72, of Martin, died Friday, August 25, 2000, in St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, following an extended illness. He was born September 15, 1927, in Orkney, the son of the late Willie Sizemore and Mollie Flannery Sizemore. He was a retired coal miner; member of the U.M.W.A.; a U.S. Army, World War II veteran; and a member of the First Baptist Church, Martin. He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Stephens Sizemore. Other survivors include three sons, Terry Sizemore, Bobby Sizemore and John Sizemore, all of Martin; three brothers, Willard Sizemore of Martin, Leonard Ray Sizemore of Holgate, Ohio, Larry Sizemore of Deshler, Ohio; four sisters, Daisy L. Vines of Murr Hot Springs, California, Della Jane Moore of Cheyenne Wyoming, Sarah Allen Mitchell of Wheelwright, Martha Sue Hall of Martin; and six grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Monday, August 28, at 1 p.m., at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with the clergyman, Graydon Howard, officiating. Burial was in the Dingus Cemetery, (Dinwood) Martin, under the direction of Hall Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Danny Sizemore, Joe Bailey, Delmer Hall, Tommy Claude Hall, Steve Hall, Danny Flannery, Jonathan Sizemore, Dane Sizemore, Terry Thompson, Rufus Samons, and Rubin Stephens.
