HICKS, Virginia C. Age, 75, of Prestonsburg, died Thursday, March 22, 2001, at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. She was born November 27, 1925, at Martin, the daughter of the late Whits and Alva Ousley Click. She is survived by her husband, Willie Hicks. Other survivors include one son, Jeffrey Hicks of Prestonsburg; three daughters, Judith Crager of Flatwoods, Brenda Porter of Stanville, and Janet Hicks of Prestonsburg; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 25, at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin. Burial was in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, at Ivel. Pallbearers were Terry Sizemore, David Reffitt, John Martin Porter, John Richard Porter, Kelly Justice, Brian Nelson and Paul Reffitt.
