Dear Peggy Sue,
Sorry, I don't know of another Mary Ann Cook in our family. Mary Ann was the daughter of Sarah Prater and William Clayton Cook. The other children of Sarah and William Clayton Cook were Elizabeth Cook, Wiley Cook, Miles Cook, and Eliza Jane Cook. I do not have any records on any of their children, but since our Mary Ann Cook was born 11 Dec 1833, it appears that children of Wiley or Miles would have been born too late to be the Mary Ann Cook, b. 1836 who married Elijah Jones. It's possible that the one who married Elijah Jones was a descendant of one of William Clayton Cook's brothers, but I know nothing about them. In fact we know nothing about William Clayton Cook's parents, place of birth, date of birth, etc. He's one we really need to do some research on. Wish I could be of more help.
