Mrs. Praythor Arden - Services for Mrs. Georgia Sexton Praythor, 78, of Rt. 1 Arden, who died in her home Wednesday after a long illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Mt. Gidlead Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Frady and the Rev. Paul Ballinger will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Branch Bishop, Fred Finch, Nelson Suttles, Carroll Hudson, Edward Case and Roy McMinn. Honorary pallbearers will be Everette Praythor, John Johnson, Mack Ray, Dr. H. B. Norton, Dr. Gustave Uloch. B. J. Hill, John Robertson and H. B. Lanning. Mrs. Praythor was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County, a daughter of John and Margaret Kuykendall Sexton. She was a member of Mt. Gilead Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Glenn Boyd, Mrs. Willard Ruth and Miss Christine Praythor; a son, Jennings, all of Arden.
