Una was born in her grandfather Lutz's home in Prather, Indiana. She
married Harry Hydron at her parent's home on Thanksgiving eve of 1899 by
the Reverend James T. O'Neal. As reported in the December 28, 1899 issue
of the Jeffersonville Evening News, "The bride was beautiful attired in




pink, including a full shoulder-length veil of pink maline." The couple
made their home with the bride's parents. Una and Harry were divorced in
Jeffersonville, Indiana on April 5, 1905.

Una maried 2nd Edward Jackson at La Grange, Kentucky in 1905 by Judge
C.J. Nugent. After Edward died, she maried 3rd William Thornley in 1937
by the Reverend F.A. Keusch in New Albany, Indiana. After William's
death in 1944, she lived with her daughter Ester until her death in 1952.
