Death
The Star Press, Muncie, Indiana, 22.1.1923Bluffton, Ind., Jan. 21. - Mrs. Christina Witzeman, 74. widow of Mathias Witzeman, to whom she was married at Fort Wayne in 1871 and who died in 1918, died this morning at 3 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Harry Studabaker.
She was born in Germany and had lived in Wells County fifty years. Four -children survive: Mrs. Studabaker, William Witzeman and Adolph Witzeman. all of Bluffton, and Mrs. Mary Beeler, of Arcola. Mrs. Margaret Ersig, of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. Louis Schmerer, of California, are sisters. Mrs. Witzeman's death was caused by paralysis.
