The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Church.Burial will be in Chesterton Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Edmonds nd Evans Funeral Home, Chesterton.
He was born May 27, 1915, in Michigan City, the son of August and Frances Ratrac Bonislawski.On May 28, 1955, in Chesterton, he married Lucille Lewandowski, who survices.
Also surviving are four nieces and one nephew.
He was a carman for the South Shore Railroad until his retirement, and a lifelong area resident.
He served in the U.S. Army in World War II.He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, St. Jospeh Young Men's Society, American Legion Post 37 in Michigan City, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7087 in Chesterton, and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 17 in Hammond.
