4 Dec 1947: Mrs. Lydia Miller, nee Ott, of 14 West Maple Street, passed away this morning at her home, from complications after an illness of one month. She was 79 years of age, the widow of Samuel E. Miller, who died in 1932. She was a member of the Christ Presbyterian Church. She is survived by the following children; Lloyd L. Miller; Mrs. Ralph Hassler; Mrs. Harvey Goshert; Walter Miller; Clarence Miller; Herry Miller; and John Miller; all of this city; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Amanda Frank, of Chambersburg; and a brother, Peter Ott, of Scotland, Pa.
