She graduated fromKelvin High School and worked as a secretary at Phillips66. She also worked for a temporary personnelservice, which positioned her at .several companies inthe northwest suburbs including Union Oil Co. In herspare time, Barb enjoyed making crafts, gardeningand bowling for many years with her teammates onthe Afternoon Matinee Ladies Bowling League.She is survived tty her loving husband Charles; sister,Loraine (Rich) Caraghen brother, Michael (Pat)Szymanski; sisters in law.
