Mrs. Esther Hair, wife of Milo Hair,died Wednesday evening at the family home following an extended illness from tuberculosis.
She had been in poor health for four or five years and recently spent several weeks at the sanitarium at Rockville.
Mrs. Hair was thirty two years old on March 20. She was born in this county,a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barney Stiles,and spent practically all her life in this vicinity. Her mother died when she was five days old. Surviving, besides the husband,are four children. Edward,Claude,Donald,and Virginia, all at home,and her father,who lives in Macy.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10:00 o'clock at the Winamac Christian church,conducted by Rev.J.F. Ashley. Interment will be in Winamac cemetery.
