Mrs. Uglow was born Nov. 24, 1897, in Fayetteville, daughter of the late William A. and Sallie McClure Bittinger.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Alpha Ladies Sunday School Class.
Her husband, Walter V. Uglow, died Sept. 16, 1967.
Surviving are four sons and two daughters; Mrs. James (Winifred) Dansberger, R. R. 12; Walter V. Uglow Jr., Colorado Springs, Colo.; Mrs. John (Mary Jane) Lackey, Hialeah, Fla.; Norman R. Uglow, Ridge, Md.; Albert, R. R. 8; James, Atwater, Ohio; 25 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren; two brothers and a sister; Charles Bittinger, Edenville; Gerald, R. R. 1, and Mrs. Marion Fleming, Fresno, Calif.
Burial will be Thursday in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
