MRS.FRANCES LESIAK.74,nee Augustyn,Chicago,died Tuesday in Weiss Memorial Hospital,Chicago.She was born in Chicago March 3,1901.Visitation is today until 10p.m.in Kolssak Funeral Home,4255W.Division St.,corner of Kildare,Chicago.Prayers will be said at 9:30a.m.Saturday in the funeral home,then to St.Philomena Catholic Church, Kcdvnlc and Cortland,Chicago,with a funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 10a.m.Burial will be in St.Adalbert Cemetery,Niles.She was preceded in death by her husband,Edward,and a daughter,Mrs.Dorothy Catanzaro.Surviving are a daughter,Mrs.Loretta (Leonard) Kawczynski of Arlington Heights; a son ,Edward J.(Joan) Lesiak of Chicago; eight grandchildren; two great grand children; two sisters,Mrs.Sophie(James)Dougherty of WhiteHall, Mich,and Mrs.Estella(Frank)Zgama of Chicago; and two brothers, Walter and Joseph Augustyn, both of Chicago.
