Isaac Fred and Mary Belle had seven children: Will Euclid, Van Daniel, an unnamed infant, Lilly Adele, Clarence Monroe, Raymond Willard, and Mary Belle. My notes for him are: According to the WTS Gen. at pg. 105-106, his surname is spelled "MADLEM". He m. Mary Bell SAWYER 24 Nov. 1881. His parents are Daniel MADLEM & Mary BRUMBAUGH. His father d. Nov. 1888 @ White Pigeon, MI. His mother m. (2) Jacob GRIPE in Dec. 1896 & res. @ Middlebury, IN. Isaac & Mary resided at Seattle, WA. The res. Omaha, NE per a letter he sent to WTS from there dated 2 Apr 1897. He gives names & b. dates of his family in the letter (Doc. #592) He says Van Daniel was b. 7 Oct, but Will Euclid, another son, says Van was b. 9 Oct (Doc. #593).
Marriage: Beth SMITH of Pierceton, IN says Daniel m. Mary 8 Jun 1848 (Doc. #1744) and gives details on his siblings (Doc. #1748 & 1800).
Occupation: He was an attorney-at-law in Omaha, NE in 1897 (Doc. #592).


Misc.: Rec'd e-mail from Theresa HOMERSKI which says: "My mother has found a remembrance card among my Grandmothers things for an Isaac MADLEM born May 1, 1816 died Aug. 1, 1907 aged 91 years 3 months. My grandparents were George and Bessie (MARKLE) ROYER from Stark County and I think this Isaac MADLEM must have been a friend of theirs because I have not yet found any reference in our family tree of any MADLEM's. I did a search on Ancestry.com and found your name and thought it might be a relative of yours so I decided I would pass the information along just in case. Hope it helps you out with your research.
