URMEY, Elizabeth vs, Jacob VANIMAN & Samuel LANDIS, Exeuators of John URMEY, dec'd, 6 Oct. 1846, died Sept. 1846, leaving petitioner, Elizabeth, his widow. He had owned S 1/2 S33 T4 Range 5, 348 acres except small grave yard on premises and petitioner entitled to dower. He left no other heirs for land and balance of sale to the poor of Jefferson & Madison townships. (p. 275)
