Obituary of Mary Ethel MOCK KAHLEY:

Wife of Ira KAHLEY of Roaring Spring, died at her home, 226 Poplar street, that place, at 4:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Mrs. KAHLEY was born on August 25, 1897, at Martinsburg, a daughter of David and Mary MOCK. She was married to Mr. KAHLEY on Sept. 13, 1914, at Cumberland, Md. She was educated in the Martinsburg schools. Surviving are the husband, two sons, Max and Elwood, both of Roaring Spring; four sisters, Mrs. William WILLIAMS and Mrs. Frank STONEROOK, both of Roaring Spring, Mrs. Eldie SMITH of Martinsburg and Mrs. Eldon MERRITS of Williamsburg, and three brothers, James O. MOCK of Indianola, IA., Edward K. of Shamokin and Thomas of Williamsburg. Mrs. KAHLEY was a member of the Ever Ready Bible class of the Sunday school. The body may be viewed at the home.
