Annetta may have been mentally handicapped. She was a resident of the Blair County Hospital for the insane in the 1820 census. She was raised by her grandparents and her aunt, Amanda Catherine NOFSKER. She appears in the 1870 census with Samuel, Eve and Amanda NOFSKER. In the 1880 census she lived with Eve and Amanda since Samuel had died by then.
