File P. No. 57. The petition of John Davis brother of James Davis late of the Borough of Huntingdon decd. was read, setting forth that his said brother & Susan, his wife, left issue two children, to wit. John & William, both of whom are minor under the age of fourteen years and have no guardian to take care of their persons, & praying the court to appoint some proper person for that purpose.
The Court here do appoint William Simpson Guardian of the
said minors, during their respective minorities.
