Death
Harrison Frederick Dick of Pittsburgh , a former resident of Saxton, died on Wednesday morning, March 19, 1952 at Pittsburgh. He was 63 years of age.
The deceased was born in Hopewell Township, Huntingdon County, on February 2, 1889, a son of William and Sarah (Long) Dick.
He was married to Lottie Ramsey who preceded him in death. He later married Roxie Downs who survives along with children: Clifford Gilbert, Mrs Charles Boyer, Mrs Frederick Showalter and Kathleen Dick, all of Saxton, Lorraine Dick of South Mountain and Harrison Frederick, Jr., and George, all of Pittsburgh. These brothers and sisters also survive: Merrill and Daniel Dick of Saxton and Mrs Pearl Leonard, Mrs Emma Putt and Mrs Annie Miller, all of Saxton R. D.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 p. m. at the Robert E. Huff funeral chapel in Saxton. The Rev. Ammom Siple will officiate and interment will be made at the I. O. O. F. Cemetery at Saxton. Friends may call at the funeral chapel after 9 p. m. this Thursday evening.
