JOHN LOUIS BOWLBY (11) [Samuel (8)], a farmer, and his wife, Amelia Ann Allen, were both born in Mansfield Township, New Jersey in 1810. By November 1831, when their first child was born, they had migrated to Union Furnace, Hocking County, Ohio. Many of their descendants still live in and around Logan, Hocking County, Ohio.
